At 2Putt, we work hard to get your gear out the door quickly so you can get back to playing the game you love. Below is our full shipping policy for all orders placed on www.2putt.com.


Processing Time

All orders require up to 2 business days for processing before shipment.

Most orders are processed sooner, but during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may reach the full 2 days.


Shipping Time

Shipping speed depends on the method you select at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

(We can customize these to match your carrier options.)


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, shipping speed, and destination.

If you offer free shipping thresholds, I can add that too.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not able to reroute packages once they have shipped.
